About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Holtsclaw truly believes real estate is about so much more than just buying and selling. It’s about people, relationships, and helping clients confidently navigate some of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make. As a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Apex, REALTORS®, she combines market knowledge, strategy, and attention to detail to guide clients through every stage of a transaction. She approaches each transaction as if it were her own, always working to protect her clients’ best interests and make sure they feel well represented.

Known for her thoughtful approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to connect with people, Elizabeth understands that every move comes with its own circumstances, priorities, and challenges. Whether helping a first-time buyer, guiding someone through an emotional move, working with a savvy investor, or representing a luxury client, she wants her clients to know they have someone in their corner every step of the way. Clients appreciate her ability to solve problems, communicate clearly, advocate for their best interests, and be someone they can comfortably call with questions both during and after closing. Most of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which she believes is one of the greatest compliments she can receive.

After graduating from New Mexico Military Institute, Elizabeth came to Shreveport on a tennis scholarship to attend Centenary College of Louisiana, where she earned degrees in Business Administration and Finance. She and her husband, Derek, have deep roots in Shreveport, where they are raising their three children. She genuinely loves the people, culture, and sense of community that make this area such a special place to live, and she enjoys helping others get connected to it as well. Over the years, she has stayed actively involved in local organizations, schools, and community efforts, including serving on the board of Volunteers of America of North Louisiana and involvement with Southern Trace Country Club. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being a cheerleader for her children’s many activities, and supporting the businesses, schools, nonprofits, and events that make Shreveport such a strong and connected community.
